Understanding that our student body has differing housing needs based on marital status, children and a wide range of personal preferences, Andover Newton has reserved five residence buildings to accommodate and be sensitive to as many of these factors as possible.  Campus housing options include dormitory style rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, studio apartments for single occupancy, and one and two bedroom apartments for families and couples.  Please click on “House Tours and Information” above for details on each residence.

ANTS Student Housing Contracts
Andover Newton is pleased to be able to provide housing to its students to the extent that it is available. Full-time housing is offered to students on a first-come, first-served basis. Students wishing to apply for housing should download, complete and return the following application: Full-time Housing Application (PDF) .  Housing Contracts are issued for the academic year, September 1 through May 31.  Students in ANTS housing can request extension of their contract through the summer.  A new academic year contract must be signed each year.  All Contract extensions and renewals are made at the discretion of the ANTS Housing office.

Part-time Resident and Commuter Housing

Dormitory rooms in Appleton-Chase House and Farwell Hall are available for Part-time Resident (PTR) housing.  Students may reserve a room for one, two, or three nights a week during the Fall and Spring semesters or on a nightly basis during the Winterim and Summer sessions.  PTRs apply for housing as a part of each semester’s online registration. Students wishing to make changes to their PTR housing after registration has ended should contact the Student Housing Office by emailing .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Non- ANTS students may also apply for PTR housing and will be assigned (space permitting) after all ANTS students have been assigned.
